Create gum paste flowers using the specially designed JEM Petal Pad.

Ideal for shaping petals and foliage with softer natural looking curves and veining details.

The pad can be used in conjunction with a variety of decorative mediums including: flower paste (gum paste), sugar paste (rolled fondant), almond paste and modelling chocolate.

The Foam Pad is washable and non-stick, although a small quantity of icing sugar or cornflour can be used for dusting if required.
