The enjoyment of perfectly shaped, homemade bagels is now very fast with these new bagel moulds. This is how it works: prepare dough for six bagels, form balls, use the tip of the baking mould to pierce a hole in the balls, gently press the dough down into the mould and then go. The typical hole in the middle of the bagel is retained by the conical shape. Dip the individual moulds with the dough briefly in boiling water - thanks to the handy tip of the mould, this is also very easy. The micro-perforation allows the excess water to drain and ensures optimal air and heat circulation during subsequent baking in the oven. The bagels become particularly crispy. Platinum silicone moulds, heat resistant up to 220°C, BPA free, tasteless and dishwasher safe.
