Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of soccica.ae, the Soccica mobile app and any purchases made through them (the "Services"). The Services are operated by SOCCICA TOYS TRADING L.L.C S.O.C, a limited liability company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (commercial license no. 1585688) ("Soccica", "we", "us"). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Products and pricing

We make every effort to display products, colours and prices accurately. Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable customs duties. We may correct errors and update prices or availability at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock shortages; if we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or message. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with their operation, or using them for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics and logos, is owned by Soccica or its licensors. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Soccica is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

9. Privacy

Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
