SOCCICA TOYS TRADING L.L.C S.O.C ("Soccica") offers 30-day returns on items purchased from soccica.ae.
Eligibility
- Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
- For hygiene reasons, opened baby care items, earrings and personal-care products cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to start a return
Contact us on WhatsApp at +971 56 821 5353 or by email at soccicauae@tutamail.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order.
