Made from tempered borosilicate glass, the products can be used safely on fridge, freezer, oven and microwave. Transparent, Pyrex jugs and bowls are scratch resistant and dishwasher friendly.

How to make the perfect Chantilly cream

Ingredients

20cl heavy cream

1 lime

1 lemon

A pinch of salt

Tips

Before starting the recipe, put the Expert bowl in the freezer for 5min to achieve better results.

You can use our cream for either sweet or salty recipes.

Preparation 6 persons recipe Quick and easy in just 25 minutes!

Squeeze and retrieve the juice of one lemon.

Zest the lime.

Pour the heavy cream in our Expert bowl and by using a mixing machine beat it until it's thick.

Add the salt, lemon juice, lime zest and continue beating the chantilly, until the ingreadients are well incorporated.

Put the chantilly cream in the fridge until it's cooled down.
