"Bake perfectly Level Moist cakes without any s simply by using a Level Baking Belt.

This Level Baking Belts is for 4 inch deep Baking Pans and fits Round cake pans with diameter from 3"" to 8"" (8 to 20 cm) and Square cake pans with diameter from 3"" to 6"" (8 to 15 cm).

Baking a cake should be fun and rewarding but unfortunately on many occasions we may feel disappointed with the results, especially when the cake has risen in the centre or baked with deep s on the top. Problems that can create wasted cake and ingredients, along with the frustration and stress of having to re-bake or change the cake design to overcome the problems.

The PME Level Baking Belts come in 9 different sizes to give the optimum fitting to any shape cake tin you own. They are quick to assemble with pin-free fastening and provide outstanding results.

They work by insulating and reflecting heat coming to the pan from the sides, forcing it instead to rise evenly from base of the tin upwards.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Select a baking belt that is the right heigh and length for your baking pan.

Soak the belt in cold water and remove the excess. Do not wring.

Wrap around the baking pan and bake as required.

CAUTION: Do not use at temperatures the exceed 180°C.

Check that the Baking Belt is NOT in direct contact with any heating elements, gas flames or the sides of the oven.

Store the Baking Belt carefully. Do not cut, tear or fray the edges."
