Product Description

Kairiki 8 is Shimano's new and renewed 8-head braid, produced in Japan and characterized by the "VT construction Method" technology. It is a very durable and fluid PE wire, perfect for reaching long launch distances. Available in diameters from 0.05 mm to 0.43 mm, resistant to breakage up to 46 kg. It is perfect for spinning in both fresh and salt water as it is very sensitive and particularly fluid, which reduces noise. It will be available in two new high-visibility colours, Yellow and Multicolor, as well as the classic Mantis Green and Steel Grey. The Multicolor version is very interesting for deep fishing. Thanks to the fluidity of the wire and the small diameter, Kairiki 8 is great for jigging as it creates less water resistance and maximum elongation of <3.0 %, it is also a very sensitive thread.
